2c. Conveys high expectations to all students: I conveyed high exceptions for all students by not allowing students to give up, feel defeated, or not do an assignment to their best ability. For example in my lesson plans the objectives for the lessons are for all students not just one. I also by not accepting a students work because I know they can do better.
2e. Models clear, acceptable oral and written communication skills: I modeled clear, acceptable oral, and written communication by modeling exactly what I expected out of the students and giving them clear instructions and answering any question of confusion of what was expected of them.
2f. Maintains a climate of openness, inquiry, fairness and support: I was able to maintain the openness of support by working with small groups which allows students to openly ask questions and receive immediate support.
